Terms & Conditions

The pricing is based on current availability; however we are not holding any reservation with airlines, hotels, and ground arrangements.
Every quoted service will be reconfirmed post the final and written confirmation on Proposal. All bookings are subject to availability.
Above pricing is based on passengers travelling together.
Should the group strength reduce or increase, the tour cost will be changed accordingly.
In case of any unprecedented hike in the hotel rates or transportation, the tour cost will be amended accordingly.
ROE calculated at 3.67 per USD. However the exact ROE on the day of payments will be taken into consideration. Any change in the ROE will be charged & to be borne by the client.
Grant of Visa is at the discretion of the embassy & immigration authorities. We will not be responsible for grant or non grant of visa to any applicant.
Should any traveler not travel due to non grant of visa, cancellation charges as per table below will be applicable.
Most hotels check in time = 1600hrs. Most hotels check out time = 1200hrs. If necessary we will request an early check in or late checkout but this is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee this unless pre paid.
Our quotation is based on the hotel stated above and is subject to availability at the time of final reservation. If the hotel is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.
Transfer rates are based on one arrival and departure time. Passengers not arriving/departing with the Group will be charged extra.
We will assist with necessary documents for visa application, however visa grant and entry to the country of visit is subject to approval from immigration department & charges are 100% non-refundable in case of rejection.

Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

DAY 1 Thursday, January 22nd – Arrival in Jeddah & Transfer to Makkah

Arrive at Jeddah Airport and complete immigration and customs formalities. Proceed to Makkah and check into your hotel near Masjid Al-Haram. Freshen up and prepare for Umrah rituals. Perform Tawaf (around the Kaaba), Sa’i (between Safa and Marwah), and Tahallul (trimming or shaving of hair). Rest, hydrate, and engage in light Ibadah.

DAY 2 Friday, January 23rd – Jumu’ah & Worship in Makkah

Offer Fajr prayer at Masjid Al-Haram and attend the blessed Jumu’ah prayer. Spend the day in personal Ibadah, Quran recitation, and dua. Perform voluntary Tawaf if desired.

DAY 3 Saturday, January 24th – Makkah Ziyarat Tour

Proceed for a guided Ziyarat tour visiting key Islamic sites including Jabal-e-Noor, Jabal Thour, Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat, Jabal Rahmah, Jamraat, and Masjid Jurana. Return to the hotel and continue worship.

DAY 4 Sunday, January 25th – Personal Worship in Makkah

Offer all five daily prayers at Masjid Al-Haram. Dedicate the day to personal Ibadah, remembrance of Allah, and Quran recitation. Rest between prayers.

DAY 5 Monday, January 26th – Voluntary Tawaf & Ibadah

Perform additional voluntary Tawaf and Nafl prayers. Spend time making dua and reflecting within the Haram. Evening free for rest and worship.

DAY 6 Tuesday, January 27th – Day of Worship in Makkah

Continue offering prayers at Masjid Al-Haram. Engage in quiet Ibadah, Quran recitation, and personal supplication throughout the day.

DAY 7 Wednesday, January 28th – Spiritual Reflection in Makkah

Spend the day at Masjid Al-Haram focusing on Ibadah and self-reflection. Perform Tawaf if desired and rest adequately.

DAY 8 Thursday, January 29th – Extended Ibadah in Makkah

Offer prayers and dedicate time to extended dua and voluntary worship. Prepare spiritually for the remaining days in the blessed city.

DAY 9 Friday, January 30th – Final Jumu’ah in Makkah

Attend Jumu’ah prayer at Masjid Al-Haram. Perform farewell Tawaf if desired. Spend the rest of the day in reflection and gratitude.

DAY 10 Saturday, January 31st – Transfer from Makkah to Madinah

After Zuhr prayer, depart from Makkah and travel to Madinah. Check into your hotel near Masjid Nabawi. Visit Masjid Nabawi to offer prayers and spend the evening in worship.

DAY 11 Sunday, February 1st – Worship & Rawdah Visit (Subject to Availability)

Offer all five daily prayers at Masjid Nabawi. Visit Rawdah Sharif if permitted. Spend the remainder of the day in Ibadah and reflection.

DAY 12 Monday, February 2nd – Madinah Ziyarat Tour

Proceed for a guided Ziyarat tour covering Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, Uhud Mountain, Shohada Uhud, and the site of the Battle of Khandaq. Return to the hotel and continue worship.

DAY 13 Tuesday, February 3rd – Personal Ibadah in Madinah

Spend the day offering prayers at Masjid Nabawi, engaging in personal dua, Quran recitation, and reflection.

DAY 14 Thursday, February 5th – Departure from Madinah via Jeddah to Mumbai

Check out from the hotel and transfer to Jeddah Airport. Complete departure formalities and board the return flight to Mumbai, concluding your blessed Umrah journey.
